WOMAN TELLS RESTAURANT JESUS WILL PAY FOR HER MEAL

A woman, who spent four hours at a Myrtle Beach, Florida, seafood buffet and was then asked to leave after causing a disturbance, was arrested after telling police Jesus would pay for her meal. Officers were called Sunday evening to Bennett’s Calabash Seafood Buffet Restaurant in reference to a patron being unwilling to pay the bill. Police asked her if she had any money on her and she said no. When asked who she thought would pick up her tab, she said that Jesus would pay for her. April Lee Yates, 51, was charged with defrauding a restaurant.
* I always suspected Jesus was a dutch treat kind of date.
* On the other hand, the raspberry cheesecake was heavenly.
* Jesus would not eat at a seafood buffet. He makes his own fish, I hear.
* They said after the woman left the seafood buffet looked like a Great White shark had eaten there.
* It does pose an interesting question: Would Jesus be a good tipper? Yeah. I could see him going over 15 or 20% easy.
* How sweet would that be though? To have like a Jesus credit card?
* Anything you buy, boom, you run the card and he takes care of it.
* Oh well. It’s a nice break from the summer’s shark stories.
