WOMAN SENDS THANK-YOU CARD TO JAILERS

The West Shore, British Columbia police received a thank you card from a woman who stayed in their jail cell. The unnamed prisoner had been held on undisclosed charges for a number of days in December. Afterwards, she sent a card that read: “I was nervous about staying with you guys during my trip to the island, but I wanted to let you know that I appreciated how helpful and kind everyone was. Especially the 4 jailors who do a tough job and are often underappreciated by the people in their care. You make a difference. Thank you for your care and kindness while I was in your custody. (4-and-a-half stars)”
* “P.S. – the mint on the pillow was a nice touch.”
* She didn’t even complain about the air conditioner rattling all night.
* Is this a jail or an Airbnb?
* These prisoners don’t sound tough enough to need FOUR jailers.
* You know, sucking up to the prison guards isn’t going to help get this expunged from your record.
