WOMAN EATS CHICKEN WINGS DURING POLICE CHASE
Police in Brunswick, Ohio, were led on a chase by a drunken driver at 3:06 a.m. Dec. 20, following a reported hit and run incident. After a short chase, the driver was stopped and police noticed a “brownish substance” on her mouth and chin that the officer first thought was blood. It was later determined to be barbecue sauce from the box of chicken wings the woman was eating while driving. The woman was arrested after failing a blood-alcohol breath test.
* You have to admire the commitment to snacking here.
* A faceful of barbecue sauce. So she was as sloppy eating as she was driving.
* She was on the sauce in more ways than one.
* Chicken wings – about the most difficult thing to eat while driving, except maybe lobster.
* At least having her hands busy with the chicken wings kept her from texting.
* 3:06 a.m.? Could you be more specific, please?
* Didn’t we just cover the dangers of eating after midnight?
* The recent study we covered said midnight snacks could affect your memory and I’m sure being hammered doesn’t help either.
