WIFE BEATS HUSBAND WITH TOILET LID

A Sebastian, Florida, woman was arrested for beating her husband with a toilet lid. According to the police investigation, a man called to report that his wife was drunk and trying to hurt him. The couple had been arguing around 1:30 a.m., and at some point, they went outside of the home. The wife, 48-year-old Angela Austin-Knight, became more violent, and hit her husband in the head and face with the toilet lid. He ran back into the home and locked the door. After realizing that the door was locked, Austin-Knight used the porcelain toilet lid to break kitchen window. She climbed into the house and again threatened her husband with the toilet lid. At that point, police arrived at the scene. Officers noticed that Austin-Knight was extremely intoxicated and arrested her.
