WHALE TRAINER PUTS LIPSTICK ON A BELUGA

An animal trainer has caused an uproar online after posting a video of putting red lipstick on a beluga whale at an aquarium in north China. Web users have slammed the trainer for posing a danger to the mammal’s health in exchange for online fame and popularity. Video shows a female animal trainer painting the mammal’s lips in red as it surfaced the water in the enclosure.

* And if you’re going to put lipstick on a whale, shouldn’t it be around the blowhole?
