UPDATE: LAS VEGAS FERRIS WHEEL SEX MAN

Remember the story about a couple getting arrested for having sex in public while riding the giant Ferris wheel over the Las Vegas Strip? Turns out the man, Philip Panzica III, was in Vegas to get married – but not to the woman he was arrested with on Feb. 5. In a statement Panzica gave with his fiance’ Mistie Bozant by his side, the two explained they had known each other for two months and, after getting engaged, intended to marry in Vegas. But Panzica, for reasons that are unclear, on the day in question thought Bozant was pregnant and that the baby wasn’t his. So he headed out to the Strip to let off steam and had “probably like four, five” margaritas, then met the 21-year-old Chloe Scordianos. They got on board the High Roller Ferris wheel and started doing it. As for security’s intercom warnings to stop, he says he thought they were a recording. His fiance’, Bozant, was the one that bailed him out, forking over $3,000. “Doesn’t that show what a good heart I have?” she says. It’s not clear whether the two plan to set a new wedding date.
