By now, pretty much everybody knows about the infamous Florida Man. Florida Man is the generic headline phrase for guys in Florida who do weird and wonderful things, usually involving alcohol and a crime. Now, Florida Man is a social media challenge. The newest trend, which sprung up Wednesday night on Twitter and Facebook, is to Google “Florida Man” followed by your birthday. For pretty much every day of the year, there is a Florida Man story. Here are some random days:
– August 22: Florida Man tries to attack neighbor with tractor
– June 28: Florida Man beaten with own weapon after breaking into home
– March 18: Thrown pancake batter leads to battery charges for Florida man
– July 4: Florida Man loses fingers, eyebrows in fireworks fail
– February 10: Florida man arrested for throwing alligator through drive-thru window
– Even on a leap year! February 29: Three South Florida Men Sentenced in $9 Million Mortgage Fraud Scheme
