THE MOST/LEAST STRESSED CITIES IN AMERICA
WalletHub performed a study looking for the most and least stressed cities in America. They used 39 key metrics to determine the rankings, things like average weekly work hours, job security, traffic congestion, foreclosure rate, poverty rate, divorce rate, crime rate and so forth. Comparing more than 180 cities across the country:
– The Most Stressed Cities in The U.S. are Detroit; Cleveland; Newark; Baltimore; Philadelphia; St. Louis; Cincinnati; Birmingham; Wilmington, Delaware; and Shreveport, Louisiana.
– The Least Stressed Cities are Fremont, California; followed by Bismarck, N.D.; Sioux Falls, S.D.; Overland Park, Kansas; Irvine, California; Plano, Texas; Fargo, North Dakota; South Burlington, Vermont; Cedar Rapids, Iowa; San Jose, California; and Lincoln, Nebraska.
