Would you eat a burger that tastes like human meat? A Swedish plant-based food company came up with a fake meat hamburger that they claim, after “extensive research,” tastes like humans, if you were to eat one. The product was only available for a limited time in Sweden as part of a Halloween campaign. The human meat burger was developed by the company’s co-founder Ankan Linden, who said it was a promotion to show people how to eat plant-based food. “This is our ultimate and weird way of showing that it’s possible to eat both plant-based and sustainable,” he said.
