THE CLEANSEBOT WILL DE-GERM YOUR HOTEL BED

There is a new robot on the market created to disinfect your hotel room. The CleanseBot looks like a mini-Roomba vacuum cleaner, but all it does is emit Ultraviolet light, which kills germs. The idea is, you put it on your hotel bed and it drives around, like a Roomba, killing any bacteria, germs, and dust mites on the bedspread. And it won’t fall off the bed! Then, you put it between the sheets and it drives around in there doing the same thing. Then, you can strap it on your hand and wave it over the bathroom countertops, bathtub, toilet, doorknob or anything else and the UV light will kill the germs. The CleanseBot’s maker – Ventur Studio – says it can sanitize and disinfect six times on one full four-hour charge. The cost is $259.

* And while you’re sanitizing, the UV light will show you all the disgusting hidden stains in your hotel room.
* And then, you can give yourself a nice, orange UV-ray tan.
* Just think – you’ll be sleeping on sheets covered with dead bacteria bodies.
* Cool! In a few years, all we’ll have left is UV-resistant germs.
* A little electronic gizmo that looks like a land mine. Good luck getting through the airport with that.
