TEACHER BEATS UP STUDENT FOR CALLING HIM “BRUH” – Apr 27
A teacher in West Memphis, Arkansas, was arrested after police allege he grabbed a student by the shirt and shoved him into a desk, then later followed him out of a classroom, pushed him against a wall, and choked him. According to a police report, the confrontation at Wonder Junior High began when the student said, “Bruh, I don’t have a computer.” Teacher Tracy Matthews, 56, allegedly replied, “I’m not your bruh, I’m your sir.” When the student answered, “My bad, li’l bruh,” Mr. Matthews began shoving the boy. The incident was caught on surveillance video. The teacher is being charged with aggravated assault.
