SUSPECT HEARD WHISPERING, "I DON'T THINK THEY FOUND ALL THE STUFF"
On Feb. 17, Massachusetts State Police pulled over a car for speeding on Interstate 91 in Hatfield. Inside the car, troopers spotted a crack pipe. In a search of the car, they found two additional crack pipes, several baggies of heroin and crack cocaine, a digital scale with heroin residue on it and hypodermic needles. The cops arrested Jordan Johnson, 26, Ethan Richards, 26, and Carrie Tutsock, 24.
While transporting the suspects, troopers allegedly heard Tutsock turn to the other two and whisper, “I don’t think they found all the stuff in the car.” Detectives did a second search and found a sealed red Coca Cola can containing 230 baggies of heroin, plus three more digital scales with white powder on them inside the trunk’s spare tire compartment.
* (whisper) I…don’t….think…these…guys…have…too…many…brains.
* “Oh, great, now we’re not gonna stop for ice cream.”
* How dumb. I hate to jump to conclusions but these guys sound like they’re on drugs.
* I count at least 20 years just in this story.
* Hell, the whisper could have cost them 10 more years in prison.
* Now they play the fun game of who cuts a deal with the prosecutors first?
