SPOT THE TREND: THE X-TRAIN

Authorities in Kalamazoo, Michigan, arrested 20 people Saturday connected to something called the “X-train”. An “X-train” is when groups of people get together to cruise slowly through neighborhoods and disturb the peace. The suspects were subjected to several charges including misdemeanor traffic offenses, fleeing and eluding, operating while intoxicated and possession of drugs. Ten vehicles used in Saturday’s “X-train” were towed and impounded.
* Cruising around in cars, causing trouble. Where do these dang kids keep coming up with these newfangled ideas?
