SOMEONE IS STEALING THE 0'S AND 1'S FROM HOME ADDRESSES

Someone in Philadelphia is stealing the ones and zeroes from addresses mounted on people’s homes. The crimes are happening in the city’s East Kensington section. Meghan Haley says she noticed the zero missing from her home last Wednesday and saw a woman stealing it when she checked her surveillance video. Another woman, Krista Ricca, was awakened by the sound of a power drill about 4 a.m. and saw a man stealing a number from her neighbor’s home across the street. Another resident, Scott Fisher, had a zero stolen. He says he doesn’t know if “someone is trying to send a message or someone just has an obsession with zeroes and ones.”
* The Binary Bandit strikes again.
* Police say the stolen zeroes and ones are of little value.
* So far, the evidence doesn’t add up to much.
* Unless the bandits could get hold of some commas.
* Are these incidents multiplying?
* You could glue them to a wall and have a really low-tech version of the Matrix screen.
* Sounds like someone’s on a very weird scavenger hunt.
* Maybe this is a new Pokemon game.
* It’s got to be tough on postal workers.
* And that’s not a group you want to get angry.
* Oh well, it’s a nice break from the clown stories.
