This summer, Tik-Tok has been flooded with pictures of young millennials and Gen-Z women lusting over guys in shorter shorts. For awhile now, men’s shorts have generally had a 7-inch or 9-inch inseam. But the new rage is the 5-inch inseam, showing off more leg. Videos compiling the hashtag #5inchseam have more than 23.1 million views on TikTok. Google searches for the trending length skyrocketed in July.
