SCHOOL BURGLAR GETS STUCK ON ELEVATOR, CALLS 911

A burglar who broke into a Laurel, Delaware, middle school got stuck on an elevator and was forced to call 911 for help. 19-year-old Michael Claude of Laurel broke into the school Monday. Officials say he was riding down the hallways on a buffing machine before he got on the elevator. After he got stuck, police say, Claude called 911 for help, and an elevator maintenance service was able to open the doors. Police say Claude was found wearing a school letter jacket that did not belong to him.
* Stay in school, kids, but not overnight.
* Getting caught during a burglary was all part of his continuing education.
* Riding a buffing machine down the hall? This guy sounds like a pretty slick operator.
* It can’t be any worse than my commute to work.
* There’s some good news: Being stuck in the elevator really prepared him for his cell.
* The school letter jacket wasn’t his unless they give out letter jackets for burglaries.
