ROBBER HAS SHOPPING BAG ON HEAD AS DISGUISE

Police in Caboolture, Australia, are searching for a man who robbed a convenience store. The man walked into the store with a reusable canvas shopping bag on his head and threatened the female attendant with a knife. The clerk handed him him cash and cigarettes. And then, the robber took the shopping bag off his head, stuffed the cash and cigarettes into the bag, and ran off.
* Well, Monday WAS Earth Day.
* Didn’t want to pay the extra nickel for a new bag from the store.
* Now police are canvassing the neighborhood.
