NATURE STRIKES BACK: FIRE HEATS ROCK, ROCK FALLS ON HUNTER

In West Virginia, a hunter was killed after he and a fellow hunter built a fire and the heat broke apart an overhanging boulder, which then fell on the hunter. 25-year-old Donnie Barker III died at the scene in a wooded area in Boone County, in southern West Virginia. The other hunter, 19-year-old Steven Setser, was injured but managed to make it to a relative’s house for assistance.
* See? Global warming kills.
* So … they got stoned.
* Man, they don’t make boulders like they used to.
* It sounds like there’ll be no Donnie Barker the Fourth.
* Wasn’t this a scene in a Chris Farley movie?
* Sure, it was “Black Sheep” and the boulder rolls right through the cabin where Chris and David Spade are staying.
* This was more like a scene from the Roadrunner cartoon only humans don’t bounce back.
* I’m putting this one in the category of “Things that don’t happen to you when you’re home sitting on your sofa.”
