MOST EXPENSIVE CITY FOR A DATE: NYC

According to a new analysis by tuxedo rental site the Black Tux, the most expensive city for a date is New York City. The survey looked at the average cost of transportation, dinner, tip, movie tickets and a post-date nightcap in the top 50 cities in the US.
– The average cost of taking someone out in New York is $155.
– Number 2 is San Francisco, at $145.
– Number 3 is San Jose at $140.
– The cheapest cities for a date, the survey found, are Richmond ($98), Milwaukee ($95) and #50 Oklahoma City ($87).
* Hence the phrase “Netflix and chill.”
* Mind you, these are the “top 50 cities in the US”. There’s a small town in North Dakota where you can have a darn good evening for about 7 dollars.
* If I were in New York, I’d ask my date if she wouldn’t mind seeing a movie in Oklahoma City.
* Or you could just mug somebody before hitting the town.
