MOOSE GIVES BIRTH IN LOWE'S PARKING LOT

A moose gave birth in the parking lot of an Anchorage, Alaska, Lowe’s hardware store on Tuesday. The event happened on one of the parking lot islands, in front of a Jeep. Anchorage wildlife photographer Coby Brock drove to the store after hearing about the newborn on Facebook. “In Anchorage, you’re never surprised where you’ll find a moose,” Brock said.
* Well, it’s better than Florida, where crocodiles attack you on the golf course.
* Lowe’s delivers, in every way imaginable.
* Their slogan is “Never Stop Improving,” so maybe it’s time to put up a birthing shed.
* Wait – the moose had a Facebook page?
* How do you get moose afterbirth off the grill of a Jeep? I’m just asking for a friend.
* Good to know Anchorage wildlife photographer Coby Brock really makes the effort to get his pictures. Driving to Lowe’s and all.
* I think it was a smart move by the moose. You don’t see many grizzly bears in the parking lot at Lowe’s.
* We just think a baby moose is cute – the bears think they’re cute and delicious.
* If you do park there, keep your eyes open for a wolf pack.
* Hey, if they can have coyotes in downtown Chicago, a moose in Anchorage is easy.
* You didn’t think the animals were going to give up this planet without a fight, did you?
