MOM ARRESTED FOR GIVING HER THREE KIDS TATTOOS

A Lago Vista, Texas woman was arrested after getting her three kids – all under the age of 13 – tattoos. Three children now have permanent ink on their ankles – an infinity sign, a cross and a heart with an arrow through it – after their mother, 31-year-old Ashley Weir, allegedly allowed her boyfriend’s brother to give them tattoos. The children’s father noticed the tattoos after he picked them up from the woman’s house. When asked by police, the children said their mom told them to get the tattoos but not to whine or cry. She was also allegedly drunk when she gave consent. Weir’s boyfriend’s brother, the tattoo artist, is also a registered sex offender, according to the police report. The dad is currently fighting for custody of the kids.
