MISS BUMBUM CONTESTANTS PROMOTE VACCINATION IN THE YOU-KNOW-WHERE

Every year, we report on Brazil’s Miss Bumbum competition, a contest to find the perfect Brazilian bottom. This year, the contestants are putting their assets to public good by appearing in a campaign encouraging people to get vaccinated for COVID. The ladies are photographed with a target and the words “vaccinate here” (“vacine aqui!”) drawn on their posteriors. Says one Bum Bum contestant, “We want our vaccine in the butt … we want everyone to be vaccinated.” Well-said, madame. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the popular beauty contest, a live event to be held in July when the new Miss Bumbum will be crowned.
* They like it in the butt in Brazil. The vaccine, I mean. Of course.
* Who would ever imagine when I – uh, I mean “we” – started watching the Miss Bumbum contest ten years ago that someone would figure out a public service angle to those asses. And what an angle it is. Good job!
* This is a great way to put Covid behind us.
* They must have a crack team of P.R. people down there.
* How about a competition to ridicule the worst butt? You could call it the Rump Roast.
