MAN STABBED WITH SCISSORS WHILE COOKING HOTEL WAFFLE

In O’Fallon, Missouri, a man was arrested after he stabbed another man with a pair of scissors at the Residence Inn’s breakfast bar. Vincent Sansone, 39, attacked the unknown victim last Friday morning while the victim was making a waffle, stabbing him from behind with the scissors. The victim stated he did not know Sansone and only spoke with him for a few seconds about the juice being served, prior to the attack. Sansone told police he had no memory of the incident but did say he recalled talking to the victim about the juice. He also told police he sometimes hears “voices” in his head. The victim suffered stab wounds to the neck and shoulder area and cuts to the face. He was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
