MAN ROBS BANK WITH A BIBLE

Police in Nashville are looking for a man accused of robbing a bank while carrying a Bible. The suspect walked into a Bank of America Friday afternoon around 2:30 p.m., Bible in hand, and gave a teller a note. After the teller gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money, the man fled the scene. The Bible was left at the bank. No other weapon was seen.

* “I solemnly swear to take the cash, the whole cash, and nothing but the cash.”
* He must not have gotten to the “Thou shalt not steal” chapter yet.
* Wait, we had a woman yesterday try to rob a bank with a stick. How come that didn’t work and the Bible did?

* Although, if you were a Muslim bank robber, this would be a good way to throw the cops off the scent.
