MAN MOONS JUDGE, IS JAILED FOR CONTEMPT

A 20-year-old Chattanooga, Tennessee man was sent to jail overnight for mooning a judge during an appearance in court on Wednesday. Michael Dwayne Knight dropped his pants below his rear at least three times after Judge Christie Mahn Sell asked him to pull his pants up. He purposefully dropped them at the bench, each time below his buttocks. After being warned he would be in contempt and could go to jail for up to 10 days, Knight then turned around and “mooned” the judge. Knight was in court on a charge of possessing a firearm with intent to go armed.
* What an ass.
* Judge Christie’s pretty tough about courtroom behavior, no butts about it.
* Bet those pants got a lot more up-and-down action in jail.
* They don’t call it “the slammer” for nothing.
* Fortunately, he’s being represented by Chattanooga’s crack defense attorney.
* They’re trying to get him a suspendered sentence. (Yes, we used this joke for a pants-falling-down story 2 weeks ago – but it just sounds so funny!)
