MAN CAUGHT SMUGGLING GOLD UNDER HIS WIG

A man traveling from Abu Dhabi was arrested by customs officials at the New Delhi International Airport on Monday after he was caught trying to smuggle melted-down gold in a pouch hidden under a toupée. The gold had been melted and placed in a pouch, much like a thin pancake, that could lie flat on top of his bald head. The wig was then worn over the pouch. He also had two capsule-shaped pouches of gold lodged inside his rectum. The gold was worth around $40,000.
