MAN ASKS PERMISSION TO ROB A HOUSE
A man who allegedly asked permission to rob a house was arrested in San Antonio, Texas. Police said it happened a few weeks ago. Suspect Danny Acosta walked up to a subcontractor working on a house, lifted his shirt, showing a black semi-automatic handgun, and asked, “Can I rob the house?” The subcontractor apparently said no. But then, Acosta asked the subcontractor about the home next door, and the subcontractor replied, “It is not my house.” The subcontractor told police that he saw Acosta later come out of the home with a microwave. The subcontractor snapped a photo of Acosta putting the microwave in a four-door black Infiniti. With that picture, deputies were able to obtain the license plate and track down Acosta.
* I don’t think I’ve said the word ‘subcontractor’ so much in my entire life.
* Who steals a microwave these days? They cost 8 bucks down at Walmart.
* Acosta faces 5 to 7 years in jail, with time off for good manners.
* Sure he’s a criminal but I love how he didn’t just barge in and start taking things.
* If more felons were like this the world would be a nicer place.
* Uh oh…now his prison nickname is Miss Manners.
