MAN ARRESTED FOR STEALING DIRTY DIAPERS

A Toronto man has been arrested for stealing soiled diapers. Police say 40-year-old Shane Stephen Kirkaldy did the dirty deed. The diaper thefts took place between December 1 and January 23. He took soiled diapers out of a green organic waste bin next to a home. He faces three counts of Prowl By Night, two counts of Criminal Harassment, and three counts of Theft Under $5,000.
