MAN ARRESTED FOR GIVING 4-YEAR-OLD BOY A WET WILLIE

Shelton, Connecticut, police have charged a man who gave 4-year-old boy a Wet Willie. Police said 34-year-old Michael Migani put his finger in his mouth and then stuck it in the ear of a 4-year-old, in the presence of the boy’s mother. The incident happened in the waiting room of a business, while the child was playing with his mother. When Migani was confronted by the mother and staff, he fled in his vehicle and was stopped by Shelton police. Migani was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment.
