MAN ARRESTED BREAKING INTO POLICE STATION

A man was arrested after he allegedly broke into a police headquarters in London, Ontario. Roger Marchand was tasered by officers when he refused to drop the bicycle chain he had used to smash a glass door early Thursday morning. Damages are estimated at approximately $3,000. Marchand has been charged with break-and-enter with intent, possession of a weapon, and mischief. It is not known why he was trying to break into the station.
