LIVE NUDES LIVE! ON BBC 4

In England, the BBC Four channel – a highbrow arts channel – is going to broadcast a show called Life Drawing Live. On the two hour show, a camera will slowly pan across a range of both male and female nude models. The audience will be asked to draw along from their homes. The class is led by two award-winning artists. Viewers can then send their artwork in to the BBC and the best pieces will be displayed on screen as the program draws to a close.

* They could just show a vase of flowers for people to draw, but who’d watch that?
