JOHN WICK MOVIE LEADS TO COCAINE BUST
Italian police stopped a cocaine shipment disguised as coffee beans. Somebody had sliced hundreds of coffee beans open, stuffed them with cocaine and then taped them back up with dark brown tape. The beans were shipped from Medellin in Colombia to Milan’s Malpensa airport. The 2 kilogram package contained 150 grams of cocaine powder packed into around 500 beans. Police became suspicious of the package of coffee beans when someone noticed the name on the address was Santino D’Antonio … the name of the mafia boss villain in “John Wick: Chapter 2” and “Chapter 3.” The package was addressed to a tobacco shop in Florence, and cops busted the 50-year-old man who came to collect it.
* What was his name – Don Corleone?
* That’s like shipping a bale of marijuana to Mr. Will E. Nelson. It’s gonna draw attention.
* Italian cops love our movies. Who knew?
* Is there nothing that Keanu Reeves can’t do?
* Give away the whole operation by using a movie character. That’s using the ol’ bean.
