JEWELRY STORE ROBBED TWICE IN ONE DAY
An Albuquerque, New Mexico, jewelry store is recovering after being robbed two times in one day. Two separate suspects robbed Best Connection Jewelry on Sunday within hours of each other. Store owner Meran Vadiee says early in the day a man threatened her with a gun and took close to 300 rings, costing around $40,000. Less than an hour later, a woman placed a $400 necklace into her purse before running out.
* The first guy probably started spreading the word how easy it was.
* So, in this case, the third time won’t be the charm.
* Yes, the second robbery was also serious, but after they stole 40 grand worth of jewelry what’s 400 bucks more?
* Police are looking for a gang wearing a lot of rings.
* Best Connection? That sounds more like a drug dealer than a jeweler.
