HOW TO KEEP YOUR KID FROM THROWING A TANTRUM AT THE STORE

A mother on TikTok shared a tip for keeping your kid from throwing a tantrum at the store. In a video, the woman’s daughter is shown holding a tub of candy. Mom asks, “Did you want that?” Her daughter nods enthusiastically, and Mom says, “Would you like me to put it on your birthday list?” “Yeah!” her daughter replies. “Alright, put it back so I can take a picture.” The little girl places the tub of candy back on the shelf, and Mom snaps a picture. She says that the pictures go into a ‘Gift List,’ and then when their birthday or Christmas comes up, and family or friends are asking what they want, you’ve got a whole list of pictures of things that your kids have actually told you they want.
* So all you need is a camera, and the ability to lie convincingly.
* Well THAT’S easier than simply denying that the child is yours, which my mom used to do.
* Good. Now, what do you do when the kid starts screaming “But I want it NOW! NOW, NOW, NOW, NOW, NOW!!!
* This works for adults, too. My wife has a ton of pictures of me holding a bottle of booze in the liquor store. “We’ll tell Santa you want one,” she says.
