HOMEOWNER MAKES 14-YEAR-OLD BURGLARS CALL 911 TO REPORT THEMSELVES

A Coos Bay, Oregon, homeowner caught three 14-year-old boys breaking into his house on Sunday. The man was armed when he discovered the boys. As he held them at bay, he made one of the boys call 911 to report a burglary in progress. The three were all taken to the Douglas County Juvenile Detention Center.
* That is so not cool, man!
* Talk about humiliation. Did he also make them put on dunce caps?
* “Describe the burglars? Well, I’m kind of skinny, scared and shaking, really stupid …”
* I’m just glad it wasn’t Portland’s police chief. He would have accidentally shot them.
* Then he would have lied to investigators and said they shot themselves.
* I say add the ages together – 3 times 14 – and charge them as an adult.
* “As he held them at bay”… Oh, I get it … Coos Bay … hold them at bay … that’s nice.
* Then the kid asked if he could do a selfie and upload it to his Facebook page.
