HAZMAT TEAM RESPONDS TO CAN OF AXE BODY SPRAY

The Seattle Fire Department evacuated a church and a daycare center last Friday, and called in a hazmat team after receiving a call about noxious fumes. The hazmat team discovered the source – a backpack left in a bathroom was giving off “cough inducing fumes”. The source of the offending vapors was a can of Axe body spray that was malfunctioning and continuously giving off the fumes.
* Even if it had just been a teen boy who hadn’t used Axe body spray, the hazmat team would have been called.
* Kids in a daycare center are using Axe body spray? They grow up so fast, don’t they?
* It was in a bathroom? So you have the can in the can.
* Hey, I’d rather have them overreact to this than a bunch of other stuff I can think of.
* Don’t worry: The smell of the Axe body spray is starting to dissipate over northern Idaho.
