GERMAN MAN PUTS OUT CAR FIRE WITH BEER

On Tuesday, a German man driving on the highway near the town of Hoesbach in Bavaria smelled something odd. He pulled over, and spotted flames under the hood of his car. He had no fire extinguisher, or water, but he did have beer. He quickly grabbed bottles of beer from a case in his car and put out the fire. The fire department responded but by the time they arrived there was nothing left for them to do.
* So yeah, they all went out for some beers.
* In Germany, everyone carries around a case of beer. Like always having a spare tire in your trunk.
* Good thing, too, ’cause there was only one other place he coulda got some liquid.
* You just know there was a moment of hesitation.
* Engine fire? It’s Miller time!
