FOOT SNIFFER ARRESTED

Police in Miami, Florida, arrested a man after he was spotted crawling under library tables and smelling a woman’s feet at Florida International University. 52-year-old Eddy Juan was arrested Tuesday after he was spotted Tuesday on a scooter several miles from the campus. Officers attempted a traffic stop, but he fled, eventually crashed and was arrested.
* The cops couldn’t catch a guy on a scooter? What were the cops using – roller skates?

* I guess he wasn’t able to get a job at a shoe store like the other foot perverts.
