FLORIDA MAN ARRESTED FOR CUPCAKE ASSAULT – Feb 16

In Cape Coral, Florida, a man was arrested for throwing a cupcake at a city employee. The incident occurred at Four Mile Ecological Preserve, when a City of Cape Coral employee reported a man had thrown a cupcake at him after a verbal dispute about politics. The alleged thrower, David Sternal, 59, was found “with frosting on his person.” According to police, his speech and behavior were disorganized. The city employee chose not to press charges. However, the assailant was charged with criminal mischief for damage to property over $1,000, and a weapon offense for sending off “a missile.”
* A delicious, frosted missile.
* He launched a weapon of mass confection.
* What, no milk?
* So he got his just desserts, then.
* You can’t sugarcoat what he did.
* How to you do $1,000 worth of damage with a cupcake? Unless it was actually one of those heavy-duty Colossal Candy-Filled Cupcakes from Sam’s Club.
