AUDIO: FLIGHT ATTENDANT BREASTFEEDS PASSENGER’S BABY
A flight attendant on a Philippine Airlines flight helped a new mom who ran out of formula for her infant. Patrisha Organo, a 24-year-old flight attendant and first-time mom, offered to breastfeed the passenger’s baby. Organo wrote in a Facebook post that she heard an infant’s cry, then approached the mother and asked if everything’s okay. The mother told her that she ran out of formula milk. Organo, the mother of a 9-month-old herself, offered her own milk. Organo, the mother and the baby went to a private part of the plane while Organo breastfed until the baby girl fell asleep.
* What do you suppose the airline fee is for that service?
* I’m in favor of anything that gets a baby crying on a plane to stop.
* Sometimes the flight attendants suck, sometimes it’s a passenger.
* Criminy. I can’t even get a lousy little pillow anymore when I fly.
CLIP: This is what the plane sounded like after the flight attendant returned to the cabin.
