EVERY STATE’S LEAST-FAVORITE OTHER STATE
Los Angeles writer Matt Shirley polled his 320,000 Instagram followers to find out each state’s least-favorite other state. The results may surp— well, they won’t surprise you. You know who you hate:
– Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Nevada, Utah and Arizona all hate California.
– California hates Texas. Alaska, New Mexico, and Oklahoma also hate Texas.
– Texas hates Oklahoma.
– North Dakota and South Dakota hate each other.
– Iowa hates Nebraska.
– Nebraska hates Iowa.
– Minnesota hates Wisconsin.
– Kansas hates Missouri, and Missouri hates Kansas.
– Wisconsin hates Illinois, and Illinois hates Indiana.
– Indiana and Tennessee hate Kentucky. Kentucky hates Tennessee.
– Ohio hates Michigan, and Michigan hates Ohio.
– South Carolina also hates Ohio, for some reason.
– Virginia and West Virginia hate each other.
– Maryland also hates West Virginia.
– Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi hate Alabama.
– Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and Rhode Island hate Massachusetts.
– Massachusetts hates New York.
– New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware hate New Jersey.
– New Jersey hates everybody.
– Alabama, Georgia and Florida all hate Florida. That is not a typo – Florida hates itself.
– North Carolina and Hawaii don’t hate anyone.

* How come everyone doesn’t hate Hawaii? Smug little Hawaii.
* Mainly people hate hate Massachusetts ’cause it’s so hard to spell.
* I would have expected the marijuana-legal states to be more mellow.
* I’m sure Puerto Rico isn’t too happy with the rest of us right about now.
