DARING WHEELBARROW HEIST

A Piercy, California, woman and her 14-year-old daughter were inside their home preparing a meal at about 11:40 a.m. when she heard a gunshot. She looked outside and saw her neighbor, Bradley Nystrom, 46, standing in front of her house with a shotgun. He took a wheelbarrow, fired another round from the shotgun, and walked to his residence with the wheelbarrow. Nystrom was arrested without incident.
