CRICKET UMPIRES TO WEAR DEODORANT ADS UNDER THEIR ARMS

Australian cricket umpires will soon be wearing deodorant ads under their arms. Cricket Australia announced a commercial partnership with antiperspirant brand Rexona to have umpires in the Big Bash League wear shirts with the Rexona logo on their underarms. The logos will be fully revealed to the watching world upon the signalling of a six (both arms raised, two logos revealed) or a bye (just one).

* Of course, the umpires themselves will continue to use Speed Stick.
* This can only lead to Lotramin logos on football players’ crotches.
* I don’t want to see a Preparation H logo on some football center’s butt every time he bends over to hike the ball.
