COP HELPS WONDER WOMAN AND CAPTAIN AMERICA AFTER CAR BREAKDOWN
A New Hampshire state trooper came to the rescue of Wonder Woman and Captain America after their car became disabled on Interstate 93 on Sunday morning. The costumed duo were on their way to a children’s birthday party in Hooksett when the vehicle broke down. Unfortunately, their abilities didn’t extend to fixing the car. State trooper Mark Suttmeier was on hand nearby, and offered to give them a lift to the birthday bash so they wouldn’t be late. The kids were very excited to see the Superheroes arrive and get out of a police cruiser. The superheroes’ identities remain a mystery.
* Actually, Wonder Woman is Diana Prince and Captain America is Steve Rogers, if you’re keeping score at home.
* It’s a shame Iron man wasn’t with them, ’cause Tony Stark can fix anything.
* Wow, these two were a long way from Times Square.
* Have you ever wondered what these super heroes do for money? Now you know. Kids’ parties.
* Did their car really “break down”? Or was it Hydra?
* Wonder Woman and Captain America broken down on the side of the road. That’s a great metaphor for where we are as a country right now.
* Especially the morning after Super Tuesday III.
* The kids were excited about seeing a squad car pull up at the party? That’s not how it worked in my neighborhood.
* On my block it would be, “Come back, kids. We haven’t had the birthday cake yet!”
