CHINESE AIRPLANE PASSENGER OPENS EMERGENCY DOOR TO GET FRESH AIR
In China, a woman opened the emergency exit door on an airplane before take-off because the cabin was “too stuffy”. The flight was loading passengers at Wuhan Tianhe International Airport. Flight attendants had reportedly warned the woman and others near her not to touch the lever on the emergency door after she was shown to her seat. The woman opened the door anyway because, she said, the cabin was “too stuffy” and wanted some fresh air. Airport police arrested the woman for the offense, and there was a one-hour delay while the emergency door was shut again and a second round of safety inspections was carried out.
* Let me guess – first time on an airplane, honey?
* Although there’s something to be said about a plane full of Chinese food farts.
* The cabin was too stuffy and she also kinda wanted to ride down the inflatable slide.
* Oh well, it beats opening the door during the flight.
