CHEATING LAW STUDENT ETCHED TEST ANSWERS ONTO BIC PEN
A law professor at the University of Malaga in Spain has revealed the cheating system used by one of her law students. Professor of Law Yolanda de Lucchi shared on Twitter a collection of Bic pens – standard, basic, clear plastic Bic pens with the blue cap – with notes for the tests etched into the plastic, in very tiny letters. She said the student, in her class for Criminal Procedural Law, used a needle to write notes on eleven pens. Lucchi did not reveal how she caught the student, or when the cheating may have occurred. The student said he would reveal his identity if the beer company Cruzcampo gave him some free beer.
* Whoa, that was a sharp turn at the end there. Shoulda worn my seat belt.
* The kid certainly has the criminal procedural part down for Criminal Procedural Law.
* It’s 2022. Shouldn’t he be having the notes secretly displaying on his Apple watch?
* I predict a successful career in politics for that lad.
* I guess the Legal Ethics class comes next semester.
