AUDIO: ATTENTION WALMART SHOPPERS: I QUIT
A 17-year-old worker quit his job at a Grande Prairie, Alberta, Walmart, by airing his grievances over the store-wide public address system. Jackson Racicot posted the rant on his Facebook page last Thursday. He had pre-written some of what he said. On Friday, Racicot said he just had gotten fed up and felt employees were not being treated well, and he thought others should know about it. Racicot said he had already secured a new job before his rant and he knew that was the way he was going to quit.
* Not exactly the Norma Rae moment he was probably hoping for, but I bet it made him feel better.
* Now he has to Rollback his resume.
* Soon to be an episode of “Superstore”.
* I’m sure his next job will be much better with none of those things he was complaining about.
* Uh-oh – his next job is as an Amazon warehouse packer.
