ASSMAN LICENSE PLATE DENIED

What seemed like a joke on “Seinfeld” is real – there is a person who’s last name is Assman, he’s proud of it, and he wants it on his license plate. But Dave Assman of Melville, Saskatchewan, says the license plate office won’t let him do it, saying “Assman” is an “unacceptable slogan.” Mr. Assman says the name has German roots, and he pronounces as “Oss-men.”
* He pronounces it Ossmen, and he likes to go boss fishing.
* And he never eats fusilli pasta.
* The license plate people really have a bug up their oss.
* Sorry they’re being such buttheads to Assman.
* I’d imagine middle school was pretty fun for this guy.
* At least his first name isn’t “Harry”.
