ANGRY WORKER DUMPS TWO LOADS OF DIRT ON BOSS
A construction worker in DeBary, Florida, was arrested after authorities say he buried his boss in dirt using a front-end loader. Witnesses say 32-year-old Erick Cox was arguing with 57-year-old Perry Byrd at a construction site when Cox dumped two loads of dirt onto Byrd, covering half of his body up to his waist and pinning him to the ground. Cox then began hitting Byrd in the head with a 6-foot aluminum level. Byrd was knocked unconscious and suffered a large cut.
* He was quite the dirty Byrd.
* This is not what we mean by “pile on.”
* So he used the dirt to trap his boss, and then started hitting him? You have to admit: It’s kind of slick.
* This is practically in Three Stooges territory.
* Could have been worse. Could have been loads of rocks.
* Let’s look at the positives here: At least the lines of communication between the employee and the boss appear to be wide-open.
* Okay, the boss wasn’t able to respond after he was knocked out, but he got the message.
* Ironically, the boss was always a hard man to pin down.
* Usually when a worker spreads some dirt on the boss, it’s just gossip.
