POLICE ROUND UP SUSPICIOUS DONKEYS
The Mount Laurel, New Jersey, Police Department used their patrol cars to round up “a group of suspicious donkeys loitering behind a residence.” A video posted to Facebook showed officers on foot and slowly driving their cars alongside the donkeys to guide them back to their enclosure. Officers were called to the scene about 9 a.m. last Saturday. Upon seeing the officers, the donkeys fled towards Memorial Field and a pursuit ensued. After a long, slow chase the gang of burros were ultimately corralled and temporarily detained, then returned to their home unharmed. Said the police report, “Just another day in the life of a Mount Laurel Police Officer.”
* Just trying to get some ass, like the rest of us.
* The donkeys behind the residence were suspicious? What were they doing – casing the joint?
* The jig was up when one of the donkeys dropped a set of lock picks.
* Then there were all the fake I.D.s.
* The Mt. Laurel Suspicious Loitering Donkeys would be a good name for a minor league baseball team.
* The suspicious donkeys … reminds me of the Democrats’ feelings about Russia.
* They were loitering – or just grazing?
* Finally, the long arm of the law catches up with the long ears of the fugitives.
* Here’s the times we live in: You know that video on the Facebook page? It was the donkeys’ Facebook page.
